Husband-and-wife consultancy team Kaluhyanu:wes, Michelle D. Schenandoah and Hawhenawdies, Neal J. Powless offer tobacco for peace around the world..

Michelle Schenandoah and Neal Powless are children from traditional leadership among the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and helping businesses and nonprofits align their missions, goals and practices. They do so by using the Seventh Generation Principle on sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion for greater wellbeing and viability for generations to come.

Michelle is a writer, speaker, thought leader, and traditional member of the Oneida Nation Wolf Clan of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

Neal is an All-American, All-World and professional champion lacrosse player, and the first Indigenous head coach to a European national team, the Dutch National Lacrosse Team. He is an international public speaker, the current Ombudsman for Syracuse University and has a background in counseling and film.
